Verico Technology is excited to announce the addition of a pilot coating line to our capabilities.

With this addition Verico will be able to provide complete coating services from lab to pilot and high volume roll to roll manufacturing. 

The E+R (Dixon) unit is being removed from its current location and will be transported to Verico’s site in Connecticut in the next few weeks.  Initial startup is expected in August followed by customer work in September. 

Pilot capabilities include slot die, gravure and three roll coating techniques on a wide variety of substrates up to 13 inches wide, oven drying and lamination.  The modular E+R design allows for high flexibility.  Verico engineers are already planning additional web paths, lamination locations, corona treatment, UV curing and more features.
