Roll-to-roll manufacturing for the hydrogen economy
Membranes and electrodes need uniform, defect-free coatings at scale. We cast membranes and coat electrodes on two 65-inch production lines with three precision slot die stations and flotation ovens in a clean production environment. Thickness variation stays in the single-digit percent range, on films from sub-micron to hundreds of microns.
Membrane casting
Anion exchange membranes (AEM) for water electrolysis, with multi-zone oven drying tuned to your chemistry.
Electrode coating
Catalyst-coated membranes (CCMs) for PEM electrolysis, coated directly on membrane film to improve efficiency.
Prototype to production
Lab, pilot, and full production in one facility, so you scale with minimal waste and no transfer between vendors.
